Managing Stress and Enhancing Your Wellbeing

This subject is available as a 2 day face-to-face course or 2 x 3 hour virtual training course (plus 30 mins. 1:1 virtual coaching)

Overview

This course has been designed to provide participants with a clear & comprehensive understanding of wellbeing and stress within the working environment. Participants will have the opportunity to clarify their current level of wellbeing and stress at work. Practical exercises will be used to enable participants to develop their own “toolbox” of strategies and methods to maintain their own wellbeing at work.

Is it right for me?

This workshop begins by addressing the subject of stress – its causes, how it manifests itself in our behaviour, and what we can do to minimise stress and its impact on our behaviour and work performance.

The second part of the workshop looks at how we can ensure our own well-being in order to improve our resilience and thus minimise the negative impact of stress.

Not only will participants become better equipped to monitor their own wellbeing and stress at work; they will also be able to identify the signs in those around them that could indicate unhealthy levels of wellbeing or stress at work.
