Course Overview
The performance appraisal or review conversation has the potential to be a truly motivational and engaging process for both manager and team member, when handled well.
Unfortunately, in the experience of many team members (and managers), it is a one-way conversation, focussing on out of date objectives, and areas of under-performance, rather than being balanced and supportive.
This course will show those new to appraisal reviews – as well as those who’ve being doing them for some time - how to conduct an effective review for both parties
